Talent Advisor – Skills & Career Architecture (Fixed-Term)

This is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave and offers the opportunity to gain experience in one of the fastest-evolving areas of Talent Management.

We count on you in these tasks:

In this role, you'll help build, maintain and evolve our skills framework, skills-based talent practices, career architecture and assessment approaches. You'll work closely with Talent Acquisition, Digital HR and business stakeholders to ensure skills are consistently applied across key talent processes.

Skills Framework & Architecture
•    Build, maintain and continuously improve the enterprise skills framework and skills taxonomy.
•    Conduct role and job analysis to ensure skills reflect changing business needs.
•    Support business owners in validation, maintain governance and data quality of the skills framework.
•    Support the implementation and maintenance of skills-related solutions in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub and related talent modules.

Careers & Internal Mobility
•    Support the development of skills-based career pathways and career frameworks.
•    Create tools and guidance that help employees and managers navigate career opportunities.
•    Contribute to initiatives that support internal and group level mobility.

Skills-Based Hiring & Assessment
•    Partner with Talent Acquisition to strengthen skills-based hiring practices.
•    Support the development of assessment approaches linked to critical skills and capability areas.

You are welcome to apply if you have :

•    2-4 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Career Development or a related HR area.
•    Experience working in corporate environment, preferred to have experience in a complex, international organisation.
•    Strong analytical and structured thinking.
•    Interest in skills-based organizations and modern talent practices.
•    AI literacy.
•    Fluent English language skills.

You start with advantage if you have:

•    Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
•    Knowledge of skills frameworks, career architecture or talent assessment methodologies.
•    Project coordination experience.
