As part of OTP LAB, we launched the Beyond Banking Business Development Team, dedicated to identifying promising venture-building opportunities, developing profitable new businesses, and integrating them into the wider OTP Group ecosystem.

Innovation Consultant – Senior Project Manager

We count on you in these tasks:

• Lead and manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from business case development and planning through execution, launch, and post-implementation review.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment of scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product teams, , UX/UI specialists, technology teams, legal, compliance, and external partners.
• Drive content delivery initiatives, ensuring high-quality content assets are planned, developed, reviewed, approved, and delivered according to project milestones.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and decision-making.
• Develop and deliver high-quality management presentations, executive updates, and steering committee materials, translating complex project information into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Bank's processes and challenge existing structures to ensure Beyond Banking initiatives are effectively integrated into the organization.
• Act as a bridge between OTP Bank and Beyond Banking ventures, facilitating collaboration and maintaining active communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
• You will be part of our Ecosystem Building CoE and work closely with the CoE Lead responsible for the overall delivery of ecosystem-building initiatives.

You are welcome to apply if you have

• exceptional project leadership skills and a delivery-focused mindset, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
• at least 6–8 years of relevant experience in content delivery and project management (e.g., structuring problems, analyzing design options etc.)
• experience in a leading management consulting firm and/or an internal consulting, strategy, transformation, or corporate development function, with exposure to senior stakeholders and enterprise-wide initiatives
• ability to independently lead workstreams within complex projects as well as smaller stand-alone projects
• a high degree of ownership in your tasks with a proactive, action-oriented attitude
• an interest in both long-term strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational tasks
• strong communication skills
• fluency in Hungarian and English
