We count on you in these tasks:

• Support the daily activities of Risk Governance Function.
• Support the process and the IT system of annual risk profile assessment.
• Drive and oversee group-level risk governance processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Participate in implementation of regulatory guidelines from MNB, EBA, and ECB.
• Participate in monitoring process of risk strategy and risk appetite.
• Participate in the development of e-learning materials and manage reporting tasks related to Risk Academy.
• Prepare risk governance reports.

You are welcome to apply if you have

• University studies in a related discipline.
• Fluent in English (strong verbal and written communication) and Hungarian.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI is an advantage but not a requirement.

• Self-driven, proactive, and highly operative mindset, eagerness to learn new processes, IT systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
