QBR (Quarterly Business Review) senior consultant

We count on you in these tasks:

Strategic Analytics & Executive Reporting tasks:

• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, including the ability to identify underlying correlations, uncover insights, and perform in-depth analyses.
• Design and development of measurement frameworks and analytical metrics to support performance tracking and business evaluation.
• Preparation of executive-level reports, presentations, and strategic insights that enable and support informed decision-making by senior leadership, including the creation of reporting materials that underpin strategic initiatives and business decisions.

Business as usual tasks:

•    Actively participate in and lead process improvement and transformation initiatives, setting up roadmaps, creating process solutions to enhance operational efficiency
•    Quality assurance of the development needs 
•    Managing the quarterly planning process, supporting the Business Owners in determination of the optimal solution.
•    Regular operational consultation with internal customer areas on future potential needs; coordinating and facilitating communication between the Requestor and the involved parties to ensure that the development needs are included in the process in the appropriate form, by the specified deadline.
•    Scoring of the development needs for quarterly prioritization, active participation in senior management decision support material preparation, creating reports and support portfolio analysis.
•    Off-cycle portfolio monitoring, assessing ad-hoc needs and prioritizing into the QBR process.
•    Providing ad-hoc training and live support about the planning process for the colleagues, supporting the colleagues in case of technical and operative questions.

You are welcome to apply if you have:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in banking, IT, project, demand, or portfolio management
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking capabilities, 
• Ability to identify complex patterns, uncover root causes, and translate data into actionable business insights,
• Good problem-solving skills, good communication skills, good team player,
• Confident use of English (both written and spoken),
• University/College degree,
• Structured thinking,
• Advanced presentation skills both in English, and Hungarian,
• Assertive, proactive personality,
• Solid knowledge of MS Office softwares.

It would be a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of agile and/or SRUM methodology,
• Experience in agile working,
• JIRA, Confluence system knowledge,
• Knowledge of other languages
