OTP Bank was the first credit institution in Hungary to introduce an agile organizational model, in which Tribes, Squads and Chapters replaced the previous boards of directors in order to achieve shorter development times and higher employee satisfaction. For such a dynamically developing organizational unit, we are looking for our Professional Secretary who can proactively support the IT manager and the team.

We count on you in these tasks:

• Professional support of the head of the field (Tribe Tech Lead) (Coordination of incoming letters, discussions, notes, preparations, professional summary materials, consultations);
• Professional evaluation of incoming materials, coordination of opinions involving several areas, sending agreed opinions to partner areas;
• Liaising with departments, related administration and, if necessary, coordinating between departments;
• Tracking deadlines, status of tasks;
• Financial administration tasks including active participation in month-end activities, supplier management and coordination of procurements and contracts
• Translating from Hungarian to English and vice versa;
• correspondence in Hungarian and English;
• Organising and if necessary participating in meetings and writing memos;
• Tribe-level organization, management and coordination of agile events;
• Working closely with operational managers, operation support team and agile coaches of the field;

You are welcome to apply if you have:

• Higher education degree
• Dynamic, proactive,  and open-minded attitude
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Hungarian
• User-level knowledge of MS Office programs (PowerPoint is an advantage)
• Advanced MS Excel skills (functions, formulas, PivotTables)
• Confident use of online and video conferencing tools and software
• Systematic approach and the ability to work independently
• Precision, excellent communications and networking skills

You start with advantage if you have

• Knowledge of OTP Bank’s organizational operation, banking experience
• Experience in agile methodology
• Experience in project management
