Junior group retail expert

OTP Group’s strategic aim is to offer exceptional customer service supported by advisory mindset to reach customers’ and bank’s goals at the same time. In order to support this goal, we search for a Junior group retail expert to strengthen the team of International Retail Directorate.  

We count on you in these tasks:

• Contribute to group level digital channel and contact center projects, take responsibility for delivering sub tasks according to the lead of senior colleagues
• Take lead in proposing data requests, preparing project related analysis, proposing business requirements, preparing project status notes.
• Contribute to best practice and knowledge sharing across OTP Group member banks.
• Revise and maintain the existing digital channel and contact center monthly reporting framework, apply a standardized KPI set to improve transparency and decision making across the banks.

You are welcome to apply if you have

• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
• intern/trainee working experience
• ownership of the delegated work area
• satisfaction from seeing each increment of growth of individuals
• the ability to take direction, follow through, and make the necessary corrections to stay on track

You start with advantage if you have

•    Experience in organizing or facilitating knowledge-sharing activities
•    Experience in digital channel, AI or contact center related subjects
