Junior Frontend Developer
We are looking for a new employee for OTP Bank Nyrt. Junior Frontend Developer position, Agile IT area
OTP Bank was the first credit institution in Hungary to introduce the agile organizational model, in which Tribes, Squads and Chapters replaced the former board of directors, in order to achieve shorter development period/time and greater employee satisfaction. In such a dynamically developing organizational unit, we are looking for Junior Frontend Developer who will join our new project.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain mobile application features using Flutter and Dart under the guidance of senior developers
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of user interfaces
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and team knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA, UX/CX designers, and business analysts
• Learn and apply Flutter best practices and development standards
What we expect:
• 1-2 years of working experience in software development team
• Experience with two or more the following technologies: Flutter, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React
• Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart through professional work, internships, university or personal projects
• Practice with third-party libraries and APIs
• Experience working in a matrix development process
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle including automated testing and building
• Be practiced in using version control and continuous integration, with tools such Git and Jenkins
• Good command of English: ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
