Shape strategic decisions across OTP Group

Want to see how strategic decisions are made in an international banking group? Join our QBR team and work with colleagues across Europe, support senior HQ and international decision-makers, and contribute to projects that make a real business impact.

As a QBR Consultant, you'll be at the center of OTP Group's international and HQ planning and prioritization process. You'll help turn business ideas into reality, support strategic decision-making, and play an active role in shaping the future of how we work across multiple business and IT areas and multiple countries.

We count on you in these tasks:

• Coordinate OTP Group's international quarterly planning process
• Work closely with business stakeholders and subsidiaries across multiple countries
• Support the evaluation and prioritization of development initiatives
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and decision-support materials
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance and emerging business needs
• Deliver trainings and provide support to colleagues on planning processes
• Participate in international transformation and process improvement projects
• Facilitate workshops and represent the iQBR team in OTP subsidiary countries

You are welcome to apply if you have:

• Confident English communication skills
• University or college degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
• Good MS Office skills
• Willingness to travel within Europe

It would be a plus if you have:

• Experience in banking, IT, project, demand, or portfolio management
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• JIRA and Confluence experience
• Additional foreign language skills
