International Physical Sales Channel Development - Senior Advisor

Main task: Strategic management and transformation of branch networks and other physical channels across OTP Group’s international member banks in Central and Eastern Europe and in Asia

OTP Group’s strategic ambition is to continuously enhance the performance, efficiency and customer experience of its retail physical channels (including branch networks and other in-person touchpoints) across its international footprint, while maintaining a leading position in customer-centric innovation across the CEE region and Asia.

To support this objective, we are looking for an International Physical Sales Channel Development - Senior Advisor to strengthen the team of International Retail Directorate.

We count on you in these tasks:

• Own and drive the strategic development and transformation of branch networks and other in-person touchpoints across OTP Group’s international member banks (sales development, branch operation efficiency, clients’ digital education, intra-branch client management, training, advisory, network coverage management in line with the changing client needs, cashless branch operation, lead management, incentive schemes, ATM coverage, etc.)
• Lead and oversee complex, cross-country initiatives and strategic programs, ensuring delivery against business objectives
• Define and implement group-level standards, frameworks and governance models for physical channel management
• Prepare high-impact executive analyses, reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
• Drive performance improvement by monitoring KPIs, identifying inefficiencies and initiating corrective actions
• Act as a key advisor and sparring partner for local management teams on physical channel strategy and execution
• Ensure alignment with group strategy while adapting approaches to local market specifics
• Lead, develop and inspire project teams; foster a high-performance, results-driven culture
• Promote and scale best practices and innovations across the OTP Group

You are welcome to apply if you have:

• Master’s degree (preferred) in Economics, Finance, Business or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with proven exposure to banking, consulting, or retail network management
• Demonstrated track record in leading strategic projects and managing stakeholders
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with experience in guiding teams and driving results
• Ability to operate independently at a senior level, with sound decision-making and ownership mindset
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including interaction with senior executives
• Fluent English (CEE languages are an advantage but not a requirement)
• High level of adaptability and willingness to travel internationally
