Fullstack Engineer (AI & Digital Channels)

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer who is comfortable working with backend systems and modern developer platforms, and who wants to help shape the future of the bank’s digital ecosystem.
Main tasks:
•    Designing, developing, and operating modern web and mobile applications
•    Creating and applying AI-assisted development tools and workflows in day-to-day work
•    Designing API-first systems and creating OpenAPI specifications
•    Developing and operating containerized applications
•    Practicing quality-focused development with unit and integration testing
•    Collaborating closely with Product, Security, and Architecture teams
•    Actively participating in technology decisions and establishing engineering best practices
What we require:
•    Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
•    Several years of hands-on experience with TypeScript development
•    Solid knowledge of version control systems (Git)
•    Experience with modern backend development using:
•    Java (Spring Boot or Quarkus), or
•    C#/.NET, or
•    Node.js
•    Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows (e.g., MCP, local LLMs, modern AI engineering toolchains)
•    Experience with Docker-based development and deployment
•    Experience with unit testing frameworks (Vitest, Jest, or similar)
•    Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0)
You start with advantage if you have:
•    Experience with CMS platformsKnowledge of OWASP MASVS
•    Development or operational experience with Kubernetes
•    Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean)
•    Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, or Bamboo)
•    Experience configuring web servers and reverse proxies (Nginx, Apache)
•    Experience with monorepo tools (Nx, Turborepo)
•    Experience with OpenShift (OCP/OKD)
•    Experience with BDD methodologies (Cucumber, Gherkin)
•    Experience with Redis or other distributed caching solutions
•    Experience building event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
•    Experience designing and implementing cloud-native architectures
