Digital Activation Expert 1

We are looking for a medior-level Digital Activation Expert to join our internal digital team at OTP Group and work on digital campaigns that support business growth and improve customer experience.

In this role, you will turn business needs into well-coordinated digital activations across multiple channels (paid and/or owned), working closely with product teams, creatives, and data experts. If you enjoy seeing your work go live, making an impact, and continuously improving what you build, this role is for you.

As a Digital Activation Expert, you will take ownership of digital campaigns and activations from planning through execution to performance evaluation, ensuring measurable impact.

We count on you in these tasks:

• Independently plan and execute digital activations across channels  
• Act as the operational point of contact for product and development teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and activation plans  
• Collaborate daily with creative agencies: briefing, coordination and delivery  
• Track performance, identify what works and what doesn’t, and apply learnings to future campaigns  
• Present results and insights in a clear, business-focused way  
• Manage your own scope end-to-end, including coordination, timelines, and budgets  

You're welcome to apply if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing  
• Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, activations, or similar initiatives  
• Confidence working across multiple channels (paid and/or owned)  
• Experience or familiarity with performance marketing, CRM communication (email, push, in-app) and digital personalization is an advantage  
• Ability to work with different teams and keep things moving  
• Analytical mindset: you are comfortable using data to improve results  
• Strong ownership and structured way of working  
• Good communication skills  
• Hungarian language for daily collaboration  
• Experience in complex environments (banking, telco, etc.) is a plus
