We’re looking for a Fraud Management Customer Service Specialist to work on a 24/7 schedule!
We count on you in these tasks:
- Handling incoming client calls regarding scam-type incidents
- Taking immediate measures and actions to help prevent further financial losses for clients
- Maintaining Contact with Partner Units
- Assistance in handling inquiries from regulatory and supervisory authorities

- If you can work individually, but know when to ask for help
- If you are confident in using IT systems
You start with advantage if you have:
- Experience in customer service, whether over the phone or in person
- Work experience in a banking or financial institution
- Excellent questioning skills that help you identify your clients' actual needs
- Confident English language skills, both spoken and written
