We’re looking for a Fraud Management Customer Service Specialist to work on a 24/7 schedule!

We count on you in these tasks:

• Handling incoming client calls regarding scam-type incidents
• Taking immediate measures and actions to help prevent further financial losses for clients
• Maintaining Contact with Partner Units
• Assistance in handling inquiries from regulatory and supervisory authorities

• You have excellent, empathy-based communication skills, both verbal and written
• If you can work individually, but know when to ask for help
• If you are confident in using IT systems

You start with advantage if you have:

• Experience in customer service, whether over the phone or in person
• Work experience in a banking or financial institution
• Excellent questioning skills that help you identify your clients' actual needs
• Confident English language skills, both spoken and written
