is looking for ambitious candidates for the following position:
Professional Secretary

OTP Bank was the first credit institution in Hungary to introduce an agile organizational model, in which Tribes, Squads and Chapters replaced the previous boards of directors in order to achieve shorter development times and higher employee satisfaction. For such a dynamically developing organizational unit, we are looking for our Professional Secretary who can proactively support the IT manager and the team.

What will you do?
•    Professional support of the head of the field (Tribe Lead) (Coordination of incoming letters, discussions, notes, preparations, professional summary materials, consultations); 
•    Professional evaluation of incoming materials, coordination of opinions involving several areas, sending agreed opinions to partner areas;
•    Liaising with departments, related administration and, if necessary, coordinating between departments;
•    Tracking deadlines, status of tasks;
•    Translating from Hungarian to English and vice versa;
•    correspondence in Hungarian and English;
•    Organising and if necessary participating in meetings and writing memos;
•    Coordinating the preparation of presentations and executive documents, writing executive proposals and notes;
•    Tribe-level organization, management and coordination of agile events;
•    Working closely with operational managers, operation support team and agile coaches of the field;

What we expect from you?
•    Higher education
•    Dynamic, proactive, open mind
•    Fluency in spoken and written English and Hungarian 
•    User-level knowledge of MS Office programs (PowerPoint is an advantage)
•    User-level knowledge of Atlassian programs (Confluence, Jira)
•    Confident management of online and video conferencing tools and software
•    System approach and work independently
•    Precision, excellent communications and networking skills
