OTP Bank has established its Innovation Department, OTP LAB to foster new ideas and support the bank to exploit its innovation potential. Within OTP LAB we have started a Beyond Banking operation whose aim is to scale ventures in a profitable way and ultimately integrate these organizations into the entire banking ecosystem. Job overview
As a System Analyst (Loyalty), based on business requirements you will design and overview the implementation of technical solutions for our loyalty program. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with business, IT development, Architecture and IT security teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of system architecture, and confidence in basic technology frameworks. You will also drive the implementation of technology solutions that improve customer engagement, program scalability, and performance.
What your job will be
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with IT development, and product teams to design and implement technology solutions that support the loyalty program’s objectives.
- Cooperate with enterprise, infrastructure, security architects to meet general guidelines and find optimal solutions.
System Integration & Data Flow
- Manage and oversee the integration of loyalty systems with front-end, customer databases and third-party applications.
- Analyze and map out data flows between systems to ensure the seamless exchange of customer and loyalty-related data across various platforms and databases.
- Identify and address data integrity, security, and compliance issues, ensuring all customer data is protected.
Loyalty Platform Management
- Serve as a key technical person for loyalty platform deployment, configuration and enhancements, including managing the implementation of new features, rewards systems, and customer-facing functionalities.
- Be a consultant and provide expertise on front-end development technical feasibility to UI/UX experts, estimate development execution effort based the requirement, provide technical specification for developers.
- Collaborate with vendors, third-party providers and internal teams to manage platform upgrades, new integrations, and troubleshooting.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Define testing requirements, create test cases, and ensure thorough IT testing before UAT and launching new loyalty features or system updates.
- Work with QA teams to identify bugs and performance issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on the user experience.
- Ensure that loyalty program enhancements are properly tested and validated against both business and technical requirements.
You are the ideal candidate, if you have
- 5+ years of experience as a system analyst with a strong focus on technology, system integration and data management.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles and capabilities and hands-on experience with front-end developments
- Hands-on experience with data integration projects, API management, and cloud-based systems.
- Experience in translating business needs into technical specifications and managing the full development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Proficiency in using system analysis tools, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Understanding of system architecture, APIs, data modeling, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or engineering or business or a related field. A master’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience in CRM and loyalty platform implementation, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is a PLUS.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, especially regarding customer data protection and compliance is also a PLUS.
