Specialised Lending Expert

We count on you in these tasks:

• Preparing business proposals based on RFPs
• Providing support in the arrangement of club and syndicated facilities (including cooperation with external advisors)
• Organizing meetings/discussions among the participating parties
• Active relationship management with borrowers (companies) and lenders (financial institutions) both at Hungarian and CEE level
• Cooperating with other business centers or foreign subsidiaries of OTP Bank
• Understanding and adopting the facility documentation in order to effectively manage transactions
• Managing the ongoing Agency issues (e.g.: distribution of financial information, managing waivers and consent requests)
• Preparing and reviewing middle office materials (repayment, rate fixing, interest payment notices), updating monitoring records etc.

You are welcome to apply if you have  

• University degree in Economics/Finance or any related field
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate lending
• Fluency in English and Hungarian both in writing and on speaking terms
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must work well under tight deadlines, manage priorities, and complete assigned tasks with minimal management follow-up
• Has quantitative skills with a proficiency with Excel
• Has keen attention to details
• Proven ability to collaborate with team members
• Advantage: experience in syndicated lending, understanding LMA documentation, deal structuring skills, legal studies
