Senior IT Business analyst

We are looking for a new employee for OTP Bank Nyrt Senior IT Business Analyst position Agile IT area.

OTP Bank was the first credit institution in Hungary to introduce the agile organizational model, in which Tribes, Squads and Chapters replaced the former board of directors, in order to achieve shorter development period/time and greater employee satisfaction. In such a dynamically developing organizational unit, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst who will join our IT BA chapter.

Duties:
•    Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
•    Translating customer requirements into functional and technical specifications.
•    Developing system / solution specifications and functional requirements in collaboration with the architect team.
•    Building product documentations independently including business requirement, solution, application and component documentations.
•    Working closely with different teams to reengineering business processes.
•    Working in association with members of IT development team supporting development tasks and processes. 
•    Manage the business features from the ideation phase to implementation.
•    Coordinate and support component, application and integration testing processes.

Requirements: 
•    Strong banking industry knowledge in various areas.
•    Min. 5 years of Business Analyst experience in Bank sector.  
•    Strong analytical capabilities.
•    Process and data analyze capabilities.
•    Systematic design of systems
•    Problem solving capabilities.
•    Strong command of English: in writing and verbally and fluent Hungarian knowledge.
•    Proven Office software and Atlassian skills.
•    Ability and skill to create clear and accurate flow charts. 
•    UML, Draw.io or Visio knowledge.
