OTP Bank was the first credit institution in Hungary to introduce the agile organizational model, in which Tribes, Squads and Chapters replaced the former board of directors, to achieve shorter development time and greater employee satisfaction. In such a dynamically developing organizational unit, we are looking for Senior IT Business Analyst who will join our IT BA chapter.

Duties:
• Designs new solutions by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
• Improves systems by analyzing current practices; designing modifications also from technical prospective
• Writing and maintaining high level and low level technical documentation
• Based on stakeholder requirements, creation of application and component level specifications
• Data modelling
• Contributes to build processes based on best practices
• Makes reviews and assures the quality of documentations
• Presenting requirements and design inputs to agile team
• Continuous cooperation with companion departments like Testers, Devops, Security, etc.
• Act as a mentor for other IT BA team members
• Identify and make suggestions for improvements in systems design

Requirements:
• 5+ years of work experience (as a System Analyst/IT Business Analyst) in software development projects
• Experience in enterprise open source technologies
• Knowledge of enterprise software and software development practice especially in Bank sector in Payments, Core systems
• Strong command of English: in writing and verbally and fluent Hungarian knowledge
• Business process modelling (BPM) knowledge and experience
• Ability and skill to create clear and accurate flow charts
• Communication protocol knowledge like REST API, GraphQL, QMS like Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Basic database knowledge (we use NoSQL)
