Senior Financial System Architect

We are looking for a Senior Financial Systems Software Developer to lead the design and optimization of our financial technology landscape. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of finance, business analysis, and software design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our financial systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.

We count on you in these tasks:

• Designing and implementing robust financial systems, including ERP and reporting platforms.
• Translating complex financial and accounting requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Leading system integration projects (ERP ↔ BI).
• Designing data models, workflows, and APIs to support financial operations.
• Collaborating with finance, accounting, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to developers and analysts.
• Ensuring compliance, auditability, and documentation of all system changes.

You are welcome to apply if you have

• a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science,
• 3+ years of experience in financial systems architecture or enterprise software development,
• 3+ years of experience in NoCode-LowCode development in SAP PaPM,
• 2+ years of experience with MS Power Platform,
• a proven track record with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics,
• a strong background in backend development, for example with SQL, Python, Spark or Java,
• experience with system integration, APIs, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS,
• familiarity with financial processes such as general ledger, reporting,
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach,
• the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.

You start with advantage if you have

• a Bachelor’s  degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field can be an advantage,
• Professional certifications,
• Experience working in multinational or shared service center environments,
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau.
