Senior Financial System Architect

We are looking for a Senior Financial Systems Architect with strong Low-code/No-code development experience, especially in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). This is a high-impact role at the intersection of finance, business analysis, and software design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our financial systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.

We count on you in these tasks:

•    Designing and implementing robust financial systems, including ERP and reporting platforms
•    Translating complex financial and accounting requirements into scalable technical solutions
•    Leading system integration projects (ERP ↔ BI)
•    Designing data models, workflows, and APIs to support financial operations
•    Collaborating with finance, accounting, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs
•    Providing technical leadership and mentorship to developers and analysts
•    Ensuring compliance, auditability, and documentation of all system changes

You are welcome to apply if you have

•    3+ years of hands-on experience in Low-code/No-code development, especially with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
•    Practical experience with Azure and Databricks
•    A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
•    Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
•    Strong backend development skills (e.g., SQL, Python, Spark, Java)
•    Experience with system integration, APIs, and cloud platforms
•    Familiarity with financial processes such as general ledger and reporting
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•    A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach

You start with advantage if you have

•    Experience with SAP PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management)
•    A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
•    Professional certifications
•    Experience working in multinational or shared service center environments
•    Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
