As a Performance Marketing / PPC Expert, you’ll play a key role in executing high-impact campaigns, leveraging analytics, and optimizing digital experiences.

What You’ll Do:

As a data-driven, self-motivated team player, you’ll handle a variety of tasks, including:

• PPC Campaign Management
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads AND Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Confidently setting up and optimizing campaigns across different platforms
  • PMAX campaign experience is an advantage but not a requirement
• Analytics & Measurement
  • Basic GA4 knowledge: Enough to optimize campaigns and suggest new tracking points (e.g., recognizing when ATC or product views should be measured, not just purchases)
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Data & Reporting
  • Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, LEN are essential; XLOOKUP and CONCATENATE are a plus
  • Looker Studio: Ability to create basic reports and present them in an engaging, actionable format
• Tracking & Collaboration
  • GTM skills are welcome but not required – you’ll work alongside our measurement experts
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking to balance performance goals with engaging ad creatives
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Autonomy in decision-making while remaining a team player and aligning with broader strategies
