OTP Bank has established its Innovation Department, OTP LAB to foster new ideas and support the bank to exploit its innovation potential. Within OTP LAB we have started a Beyond Banking operation whose aim is to scale ventures in a profitable way and ultimately integrate these organizations into the entire banking ecosystem. A key pillar of OTP innovation is the digital loyalty rewards program which creates increased loyalty of our customers, enables value management through general and segmented offering and promotions towards the end-users and acts as a platform of integrated additional services (OTP bank, OTP subsidiaries and 3rd party also).
Product Owner of Rewards Program (with strong analyst skills) is responsible for defining and implementing our strategy of rewarding and personalization during
- implementation of digital Rewards program in Hungary
- development of capabilities of the digital Rewards program
with strong focus on creation of customer journeys throughout the entire program scheme taking into consideration worldwide trends in the loyalty business, system capabilities, customer data, market specifics and general business targets of the company and local subsidiaries.
What your job will be
- Contribute to the development and execution of the digital rewards program strategy, in alignment with the company's overall business objectives and customer experience goals. This includes:
- Drive the discovery and definition of rewards program features, functionality, and user experience, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing, technology, customer support, and external vendors.
- Lead the development and maintenance of given product features or enhancements of the Rewards program according to the roadmap, considering market trends, business objectives, and customer feedback, while effectively prioritizing features and initiatives.
- Facilitate MVP approach and run pilots if necessary.
- Prioritize features based on strategic importance, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Oversee the creation and management of a detailed product backlog, ensuring that user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization are well-defined and regularly updated.
- Lead the clear and concise requirement generation towards the development and other technology teams.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape (incl. industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to loyalty programs), and customer feedback to identify opportunities for rewards program enhancement, optimization, and innovation.
- Lead regular meetings, demos, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed about the program's progress, solicit feedback, and address any concerns.
- Define how to measure progress and impact (KPIs) and monitor results (analytics based) of owned products.
- the design and implementation of additional customer activation campaigns for the releases based on personalization principles.
You are the ideal candidate, if you have
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is a plus
- Specialization in Business / Marketing or related field
- Min. 10 years of experience in a related field, preferably Loyalty / Rewards experience in Product owner role, preferably in services industry and with experience in personalization and/or UX design
- Experience in CRM and loyalty platform implementation, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Extraordinary product ownership (or management) knowledge in customer relationship, loyalty domain and in digital product management
- Proactive mindset, positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership and team mentality
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
- Good individual / interpersonal management skills with structural thinking and analysis approach
- Advanced usage of Microsoft Office
- Experience working with task management tool (e.g., Jira or similar tool)
