Low-code developer

OTP Group is executing a group-wide program to modernize its IT ecosystem on the Retail Lending domain. The program GLOW is aiming to implement the retail lending, origination and workflow solution group-wide for multiple lending products utilizing multiple channels. 

We are looking for a Low-code Developer who will be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment of Retail Lending Origination and Workflow solution for OTP Group. Our developers specialize as FLOWX.AI configurators who are merely working with low-code / full-code environment using script languages to build workflow based front-end solutions in an agile, cloud-based ecosystem.

Job description & summary:

• Participating in the design and creation of scalable software.
• Work with development teams and engineers to ideate software solutions.
• Build retail lending processes based on BPMN 2.0.
• Build user interfaces for the abovementioned processes for both generated and custom screens.
• Build the front-end of applications in Angular and native mobile development environments to achieve appealing visual design.
• Build business rules and validations via DMN files or using other supported scripting languages (python, javascript, MVEL).
• Write clean, functional code on the front- and back-end (optionally including APIs).
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency, fix bugs or other coding issues.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Write technical documentation.

Requirements of the role:

• Proven experience as a No-code / full-code / Low-code Developer or front-end developer or similar role (1 year at least)
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Experience developing desktop/browser and/or mobile/native applications
• Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (preferably both browser and mobile frameworks) and UI/UX design principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• A good command of English (written and oral) is essential, any CEE language is an advantage.
