OTP’s HR transformation focuses on providing a great colleague experience. We are expanding and improving our solutions to have a real impact on the entire employee life cycle of over 40,000 employees in 11 countries at a group level, including more than 10.000 employees in Hungary.

Attracting and developing talent are among the most important elements of our HR strategy, therefore we are building a strong Talent team to create and renew talent management processes and selection tools, redesign internal operation in Hungary and across the OTP Group.

About the role

In this role, you will support the growth of international and local talents by building and constantly renewing our talent programs and talent framework through career and succession planning, onboarding, or mobility programs.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will take part in program design and organisation to improve professional skills, mindset and leadership skills and our international community linked to key capabilities of OTP group.
  • You will organise and prepare programs with the aim of networking, development and visibility covering the full talent scope from young potentials to leadership talents.
  • You will take part in building talent management framework through career, mobility or onboarding programs.
  • The success of your role depends on your collaborative interaction with L&D and other external or internal partners.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Experience as a trainee in HR and/or in banking environment is an advantage.
  • Structured thinking, well-organised personality.
  • Opened mindset and ability to collaborate.
  • Creativity and solution-oriented personality.
  • Google and MS Suite; advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
  • BA/BSc Degree required.
