OTP Bank Nyrt. is looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst
In a dynamically developing organizational unit, we are looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst who will join our new software implementation project.


Responsibilities

  • Defining reporting requirements and specifications, documentation of requirements and analysis, compliance, presentation and sign-off of requirements. 
  • Uses a set of tasks and techniques to work as a liaison among and elicit the needs of stakeholders to define and validate solutions that meet business needs, goals, or objectives.
  • Builds and manages relationships with stakeholders based on an understanding of their influence and needs.
  • Analyses and synthesizes information elicited from stakeholders, defines, and manages the plan to deliver requirements, documents and manages requirements throughout the project life cycle.
  • Provides input on feature/function to the vendor of the system being implemented and / or the internal implementation and system integration teams.
  • Continuously develops domain knowledge, depth, and breadth, in the payments industry.
  • Improves processes and tools that result in improved quality and time-to-value.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies.

 

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field, an MSc is preferred.
  • Experience in the Computer Software industry as a Business Analyst / Product Owner is preferred.
  • For junior roles we require, minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in payment industry, customer base and applied technology and in application of payments solutions is preferred.
  • Experience working on projects of high degree of complexity.
  • Experience working with stakeholders of equivalent and more senior levels internally and externally to agree functional and non-functional requirements. Can act as a champion of the product / functionality being implemented while negotiating potential shifts/ changes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Creation of quality, easy to understand papers and presentations.
  • Works independently, using own judgment to complete tasks and helps other.
