Junior ESG consultant

Job Description:  A leading banking institution is seeking a Junior ESG Consultant to assist in the development and implementation of OTP Group’s sustainability strategy. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Supporting and coordinating execution of significant, business focused delivery projects across OTP Group 
•    Supporting preparation and analysis of reports for various stakeholder
•    Supporting the set-up of complex ESG data management and reporting processes
•    Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
•    Staying up to date with developments in sustainable finance, including changes to regulations and emerging best practices, adapting project requirements and delivery accordingly.

Requirements:

•    Master's degree in economics, environmental science, or social sciences
•    1-2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably at advisory firms or in the financial industry
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    High proficiency in English
•    Self-starting mindset with ability to learn fast
•    Good interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different backgrounds and with different ways of thinking
•    Confident use of MS Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Additional certifications in ESG (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD)
•    Project management experience
