Munkakör célja

We are looking for a new employee for OTP Bank Nyrt
Level 3 support developer position

OTP Bank was the first credit institution in Hungary to introduce the agile organizational model, in which Tribes, Squads and Chapters replaced the former board of directors, in order to achieve shorter development period/time and greater employee satisfaction. In such a dynamically developing organizational unit, we are looking for Level 3 support developer who will join our brand new CoE and troubleshoot technical issues related to distributed software applications of the bank, ensure that they are always up-to-date and functioning efficiently.

Duties:
•    Support the development and operation of new banking applications
•    Troubleshoot distributed and decentralized software applications
•    Analyze log files generated by various systems and software components to identify root causes of errors
•    Cooperate with cross functional teams (e.g. SW design, business analyst, customer support teams) to provide suggestions for new solutions and workarounds for existing errors
•    Maintain professional and technical knowledge by following trends and innovations
•    Opportunity to influence the way of working by streamlining processes and improve documentation

Requirements:
•    Basic linux knowledge
•    Basic network knowledge
•    Capability of reading and understanding the source code of different scripts, programming languages (E.g.: BASH/Python/C/Erlang/Elixir)
•    Experience in version control systems (Git)
•    Willing to provide 24/7 support (8am-5pm plus occasional on-call duties)
•    2-3 years relevant support experience
