IT Security Architecture Domain Operational Manager

The IT Security Architecture Domain's leader is responsible for designing the security architecture and security architecture best practices of the bank's IT systems and networks. The leader will oversee a team of IT security architects and collaborate with other second- and first-line-of-defense stakeholders and business units to ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations. The leader will also provide guidance and support for security risk assessments, audits, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Define and communicate the IT security architecture domain's vision, strategy, and roadmap.
•    Lead and mentor a team of IT security architects and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
•    Establish and enforce security architecture principles, patterns, and best practices across the bank's IT systems and networks.
•    Evaluate and recommend security solutions, tools, and technologies to enhance the bank's security posture.
•    Coordinate with second- and first-line-of-defense stakeholders and business units to align security objectives and initiatives.
•    Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of the IT security architecture domain.

Qualifications:
•    At least ten years of experience in IT security, with at least five years in a consultancy, leadership, or management role
•    Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field
•    Expert knowledge of security architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
•    Certified in one or more of the following: CISSP, CISM, CISA, SANS GIAC, CEH, or equivalent.
•    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Hungarian and English
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
