is looking for ambitious candidates for the following position:
Digital sales senior expert
OTP Group’s strategic aim is to offer excellent digital banking services to its retail customers and maintain a leading position in digitization initiatives across the CEE region. In order to support this goal, we search for a Digital sales senior expert to strengthen the team of International Retail Directorate.
Description / Tasks:
- Drive and support the digital sales transformation of OTP Group foreign group member banks
- Contribute to the growth of E2E core digital sales Key Result (KR)
- Build a community among digital sales managers of the foreign group member banks
- Participate in the digital sales development roadmap planning and monitor the progress
- Ensure E2E measurement of digital sales funnel and prepare regular benchmarking analysis
- Promote UX oriented development of digital sales processes
- Advise OTP Group foreign group member banks about digital personalization and offering capability development
- Support conversion rate optimization analysis and action planning in foreign banks
- Contribute to the content sharing via Retail Knowledge Center
- Maintain excellent knowledge of digital sales related best practices and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Deep and up-to-date understanding of digital sales funnel, E2E measurement and optimization practices
- Fluency in spoken and written English
Advantages:
