Process Development Expert 

(freshly graduated are also welcomed)

Main task: Retail & MSE process development in OTP Group in Central and Eastern Europe

OTP Group’s strategic aim is to continuously improve the retail & MSE (micro and small enterprises) business at the international member banks of OTP Group and maintain a leading position in customer centric initiatives across the CEE Region. 

To support this goal, we are looking for an International Process Development Expert to strengthen the team of International Retail Directorate.

Description of tasks:

• Analyze and develop business processes and customer journeys across OTP Group’s international member banks
• Prepare group-level process reports, analyses, formulate proposals for process improvement in branch processes 
• Provide support to group-wide projects covering retail and MSE business
• Sharing best practices across OTP Group
• Advise group member banks in process development-related activities to support them to achieve the strategic goals of OTP Group

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Strong English language skills, CEE language is an advantage but not a requirement
• Dynamic personality with a structured mindset
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good analytical skills (Excel is required, VBA is an advantage)
• Strong and efficient learning ability
• Keen on working in an international environment 
• Flexibility to travel abroad 
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advantage 
• Knowledge of LEAN-based process improvement is an advantage
