Group Retail Senior Sales and Business Development Consultant


Main task: Retail sales and business development at OTP Group in CEE


OTP Group was named the “Best Bank” in the CEE region in 2018 by Euromoney. This award is due to OTP’s continuous actions to strengthen its positions in Hungary and nine other CEE countries by increasing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


In order to further improve OTP Group’s retail business at OTP Group’s International Member banks, the Group Retail team (HQ in Budapest) is recruiting a Group Retail Senior Sales and Business Development Consultant.


What you can expect:

  • Monitor and develop retail branch network sales activities across OTP Group’s International member banks
  • Identify and implement actions to improve sales
  • Contribute to key Group-wide projects covering retail business
  • Communicate and cooperate with relevant functional areas of OTP Bank Hungary and OTP Group’s International member banks
  • Prepare Group level guidelines and standards in the field of retail branch sales processes, practices, trainings, sales support tools and communication
  • Organize and actively participate in retail sales workshops to contribute to the knowledge transfer and exchange of best practices

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either Finance or Economics
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience at a consulting company or at a commercial bank in retail branch network management
  • Strong spoken and written English, CEE language is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Solid analytical skills, structured thinking
  • Flexibility to travel and work abroad partially
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Keen on working in an international environment
