Enterprise architect

(Group) Enterprise Architect in the OTP 
 
Position Type: Full-time
 
Role Description:
As an Enterprise Architect in OTP HQ, you will be responsible for group-level architectural activities. 
You will be required to understand and apply OTP standards and guidelines in design work. 
On the operative side, you will be required to create architecture vision and high-level design documents, and your duties include recognizing the connections between projects, uncovering possible gaps, and formulating solutions.
From a strategic perspective, you will be involved in reviewing and developing existing standards, principles, and guidelines used in the OTP group by architects. 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Work closely with other enterprise architects in the OTP group on group projects.
•    Work on group standardization tasks to enhance existing tools and processes used by the architect community in the OTP group.
•    Participate in maintaining and reviewing existing group standards and tools used by enterprise architects.
•    Support group member architects in their strategic and tactical tasks and ensure group alignment to common best practices. 
•    Participate in project scoping and high-level design activities to ensure alignment of projects with business needs and requirements.
•    Supervise and coordinate architects from different projects to ensure consistency in the OTP group as an enterprise.
•    Work with the EA domain to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and principles. 
•    Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that best fit project requirements and OTP architectural standards.
•    Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the organization's technical capabilities.
•    Review and maintain domain assets in OTP group’s architecture repository.
•    Participate in weekly OTP meetings and regular group architecture meetings.

 
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
•    Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role – preferably in the financial industry.
•    Strong knowledge of architectural principles and design patterns.
•    Have up-to-date knowledge of various technologies, platforms and solutions.
•    Ability to design complex systems and solutions that meet business needs.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
•    Familiarity with TOGAF certification is preferred.
•    Familiarity with BIAN.
•    Being fluent in English (both oral and written) - the candidate must be able to communicate in English with colleagues about work-related topics in on-site and online meetings.
