OTP Group’s strategic aim is to offer wide range of digital banking services to its private individual and MSE customers and maintain a leading position in customer centric initiatives across the CEE region. To support this goal, we search for a Digital Channel Group Retail Advisor to strengthen the team of International Retail Directorate. 

We count on you in these tasks:

• Drive business planning projects to boost the digital channel engagement and to implement new digital value propositions in OTP foreign group members
• Drive business development projects to measure the digital channel customer behavior, functional activity and deliver insights at OTP foreign group members
• Cooperate with OTP foreign group member banks to plan and prioritize the digital development roadmap
• Coordinate digital channel business knowledge sharing among OTP group members
• Maintain relationship with external vendors, group member digital leaders and competency centers

You are welcome to apply if you have:

• 5+ years of relevant working experience
• Fluent knowledge in spoken and written English
• Deep and up-to-date understanding of digital engagement concepts, business models and KPIs
• Good understanding of digital product design, UX research and UX design activities
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Experience in digital channel product owner role or as a business consultant
• Takes ownership of the delegated work area
• Skill to take direction, follow through, and make the necessary corrections to stay on track
