Together we make an impact!
OTP Bank is a leading banking group in Central and Eastern Europe. As one of the largest employers in Hungary, we provide long term employment opportunity. Our mission is to shape the future by building on our traditions and continuously working on innovative solutions.
Are you a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives on running end-to-end campaigns that drive real business impact? We’re scaling our internal digital sales and marketing agency, the center of excellence for digital sales and marketing across OTP Group and we’re looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll own digital campaigns from briefing through execution, working closely with product teams, creatives, media, and analytics to deliver high-impact results across paid and/or owned channels.
Digital Campaign Manager – Join OTP Group’s Digital Growth Domain!
As a Digital Media Campaign Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for driving digital campaigns across our ecosystem. You’ll lead product-related campaigns from concept through execution, managing the brief, budget, creative production, internal coordination, and execution planning. While a dedicated CRM and Analytics team supports these efforts, you’ll collaborate closely with them to ensure every element of the campaign runs smoothly and delivers measurable value.
We count on you in these tasks:
- Own and lead digital campaigns across OTP’s owned media channels (email, push notification, in-app, website), ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality execution.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: campaign briefing, structuring, content and asset preparation, stakeholder alignment, channel planning, timeline coordination and and post-campaign wrap-up.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, advertising agencies, UX experts, CRM specialists, and data analysts to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
- Deeply understand and contribute to user journey improvements, helping shape messaging flows that deliver value for customers.
- Align campaign objectives with business and customer needs, ensuring relevance and maximum impact.
- Oversee timelines, internal coordination, and deliverables, keeping multiple projects on track.
- Gather insights from analysts and turn these into learnings that continuously improve future campaign strategies.
- Contribute to building scalable owned media campaign processes within the Digital Growth Domain.
You are welcome to apply if you have:
- 4+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns: Ideally in a matrix or cross-functional setup; experience on both agency and client side is welcome.
- Strong project management skills: You excel at coordinating stakeholders, structuring campaigns, and keeping timelines on track.
- Hands-on experience in owned media: Email, push, in-app, website and multichannel campaign planning.
- Confidence working with CRM teams: You don’t need to execute campaigns, but you have to provide clear strategic and structural guidance.
- Data-driven mindset: you’re comfortable interpreting results and thinking critically about campaign performance.
- A proactive and collaborative team player, passionate about working with others to achive shared goals.
- Experience in banking, telco, or other complex service industries is an advantage.
Why it is good to join us:
- Be a part of a high-impact, fast-growing team at the heart of OTP Group’s digital marketing transformation.
- Accelerate your career with hands-on opportunities in performance marketing, digital strategy, and campaign optimization.
- Experience the best of both worlds: the agility and energy of a startup, backed by scale and stability of a leading financial group.
- Competitive salary, private health insurance, cafeteria and other benefits.
- Modern offices with hybrid/remote work options and a collaborative, forward-thinking culture.
If you’re ready to take full ownership of campaigns that shape the future of digital banking and want to do it in a collaborative, supportive, and fast-evolving team, we’d love to hear from you.
