We count on you in these tasks:

•    Translate business problems into data driven solutions and measurable hypotheses
•    Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources
•    Build, validate, and document machine learning and statistical models
•    Develop and improve product affinity, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior models (incl. channel optimization, NBO)
•    Collaborate closely with business analysts, controllers, and data engineering/MLOps teams
•    Share insights clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders

You're welcome to apply if you have:

•    Solid, hands on Python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit learn; writing clean, structured code) — required
•    0–3 years of experience in analytics / data science (projects or internships also count)
•    University degree (completed) in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Physics, Computer/Data Science, Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, etc.)
•    Analytical, systematic problem solving and strong communication skills
•    Openness to learn modern DS/ML and MLOps practices
•    Hungarian and English (minimum B2)

You start with advantage if you have:

•    SQL and/or Spark; experience with data pipelines
•    Version control and CI/CD/MLOps tooling (Git, Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, Airflow)
•    Cloud or big data platforms (Azure, Cloudera, HDFS, Cassandra)
•    Clean code, OOP, unit testing; FastAPI or similar for model serving
