Country Controlling Junior Analyst 

We count on you in these tasks:

•    Participating in the preparation of management reports on business units’ financial performance, market position, sales and pricing activities, and opex and capex spending
•    Preparing strategic and financial plans
•    Maintaining efficient cooperation with finance teams and business units
•    Performing regular market analyses and profitability calculations
•    Taking an active part in developing the group controlling IT environment
•    Preparing analyses of ad‑hoc business issues

You are welcome to apply if you have:

•    A university or college degree in finance, accounting, or economics
•    At least 1 year of relevant experience at a commercial bank
•    Strong analytical and structured thinking, with a systems- and process-oriented approach
•    Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team
•    Proactivity and the ability to work independently
•    A results-driven mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
•    Integrity and reliability
•    Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Fluent English skills (both written and spoken)
