Corporate Project manager – Group Corporates

What will you do?
•    Build superior level of process and strategy knowledge and proactively drive improvements in service quality, leading to enhanced customer experience and business line outcomes 
•    Suggest and support on process improvements/new initiatives across the department (and other departments) and facilitate team implementation, if and where it will be required 
•    Perform regular market researches to identify new opportunities for the Group and international OTP subsidiary banks and engage with local OTP teams and executives
•    Provide training to international colleagues in areas that are relevant to the Department
•    Work together with several HQ-level stakeholders to boost Corporate business performance
•    Travel to OTP international subsidiaries to support strategy implementation and/or steering

What is our expectation?
•    Degree in Finance, Economics or International Business 
•    Knowledge of regional Corporate banking market, players 
•    Strong, active English language skills – B2 level, minimum 
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (especially Excel, PPT)
•    Proactive mindset, always thinking of ways to improve products, processes 
•    Ability to inspire and nurture employees to ensure they achieve their potential 
•    Previous experience in a multinational environment (preferably within banking) 

What do we consider as advantage?
•    Knowledge of at least 1 CEE language 
•    Experience working on complex international projects
•    1-3 years in a similar team leader role in a regulated environment
