We count on you in these tasks:

• 50/50% hands-on and people leadership: technology decisions, code review, mentoring, hiring, performance management
• Shape and align architectural and library decisions (escalate to the Tribe Architect if needed).
• Maintain quality gates and a solid Definition of Done; ensure 80% code coverage and SonarQube compliance
• Contribute to internal design system and component library maintained by the FE Platform Squad
• Run bi-weekly release cycle with feature flags; manage TestFlight process
• Contribute to CI/CD, Jenkins based
• Contribute to monitoring/telemetry: Firebase and Sentry; security: code signing, secrets management, jailbreak/root detection
• Manage on-call schedule
• Contribute to the Tribe management activities

You are welcome to apply if you have

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile application development (Flutter or similar frameworks) and 5 years of people leadership experience; strong knowledge of iOS, Android and Web specifics.
• Proven experience in collaboration with back-end teams; mature coaching and feedback skills
• Nice to have: products with 2M+ users; experience in financial or other highly regulated environments
• BSc degree or equivalent proven experience
• Fluent Hungarian and at least intermediate English knowledge
• Willingnes to visit the office at least 3-4 days/week
• Clean criminal record certificate
